What happens to the junk you remove?

We follow an environmentally responsible disposal process:

3. Proper Disposal – Items that cannot be recycled or donated are disposed of responsibly at approved waste facilities.

How far in advance should I schedule a service?

For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. However, we also provide same-day and next-day service when possible.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without any fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

Do I need to be present for pickup?

For junk removal services, we recommend being present to ensure everything is removed as expected. However, if you cannot be there, we can make arrangements for contactless pickup.



For dumpster rentals, you do not need to be present during delivery or pickup as long as we have clear instructions on placement.
